\n* Login as an Administrator user, ensure Outpost’s Self Defence is disabled, disconnect from the Internet and shutdown Outpost;
\n* Right-click on My Computer, select Properties\/Hardware\/Device Manager;
\n* In Device Manager, select View\/Show hidden devices – this should reveal a new category “Non-Plug and Play Drivers” in the right-hand window pane;
\n* Open this category and scroll down to “Outpost Firewall Sandbox Driver”;
\n* Right-click on this and select Disable;
\n* Restart Outpost (open a command prompt window, type net start “outpost firewall service” and when this finishes – regardless of whether it reports an error or not – click on the Outpost icon in your Start Menu to run the GUI).<\/p>\n
